The Apartment

Information

The apartment consists of a double bedroom with two bedside tables, a cabinet, a very large wardrobe and smart TV.

Kitchen/living room: fully equipped kitchen with two burner induction hob, microwave and washing machine under the sink. Table with two chairs inside and small sofa/bed.

Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

Usable courtyard with access from the kitchen/living room door/window. A table and two folding chairs are available for the courtyard.

By Car Parking:

From the Firenze Nord motorway exit, follow the signs for the centre towards Piazza della Libertà, continue towards the Cimitero degli Inglesi and continue for about 150 metres until you reach the entrance to the car park. The closest car park, with entrance from the avenues, is the Sant’Ambrogio car park. By Plane:

from Peretola airport the most convenient is the Taxi Tel. +39 0554390 website: https://www.4390.it/contatti/#, otherwise there are various Tram/Bus solutions, the simplest is to take the T2 tram from the airport, get off after 12 stops at “Unità”, continue for 2 minutes on foot to “Stazione Via Panzani”, take the AT C2 bus, get off after 6 stops at “Malborghetto”, continue on foot for 350 meters to the apartment. Click here . 

By Train:

from “Piazza Adua”, right next to the Firenze SMN station, take the number 14 AT and get off at the fifth stop at “Colonna Liceo Michelangiolo”, continue on foot and turn right at the first street. Click here .   

Rules

Introduction: On the TV on the USB stick channel you will find video tutorials that explain: how to open the sofa bed, how to use the cradle, how to use the induction cooker, how to open the mosquito net and the shutters, how to turn on the air recycling.

1. Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Make sure everything is closed properly, leave the keys on the table and close all the doors behind you.

2. Number of Guests

The house can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No additional guests are allowed without prior authorization.

3. Pets

Only small pets are allowed on request, with a supplement to be paid directly to the host. Please keep pets under control and do not leave them unattended inside the house. In Piazza Sant’Ambrogio there is a pet shop.

4. Smokers

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside.

5. Noises and Behavior

Please respect your neighbors and keep the volume low, especially during the night hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.). No parties or events are allowed.

6. Housekeeping

Please treat the house with respect. Any damage will be charged to the guest.

Do not leave food or waste inside the house when checking out.

Please store the patio table and chairs inside the house when you are not in the house to avoid any damage in case of rain.

7. Separate waste collection

Follow the rules of local separate waste collection. Collection takes place with underground and non-underground street bins, temporarily with free access, for the disposal of: Organic waste, Packaging and containers and Non-differentiable residue. Paper and cardboard collection takes place according to a pre-established calendar.

8. Parking

Street parking is not allowed. The recommended parking is Sant’Ambrogio parking, 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Parking is not bookable, at this web address you can find costs and location: https://www.fipark.com/parcheggi/santambrogio/ 

9. Use of the Kitchen

The kitchen is available for guests. Please wash and put away everything you use.

10. Security

Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Make sure you lock doors and windows when you leave the house. Check that the mosquito net is open and that the shutters and the French window to the courtyard are closed.

11. Respect for Neighboring Properties

Do not enter adjacent properties without permission. Avoid excessive noise in outdoor areas.

12. Emergencies

Emergency telephone numbers: Single emergency number 118, Carabinieri 112, State Police 113. Answer the operator’s questions calmly and stay on the line until requested. Provide your telephone number. Indicate the location of the incident: Via dei Pilastri 32 Florence.

13. Theft or loss

The host is not responsible for any theft or loss of unattended items.
